Cotton Battle Installation View

'The Great Cotton Battle'

- March 2 - 24, 2007
An installation of cotton based armies by Ghostpatrol, Miso, Empire & Cat Rabbit

Four forces combine in voltron style to produce a unique installation of cotton based armies; hand crafted and hand sewn, this battle scene will dazzle the eye and upset your stomach.

Cotton is all its forms is evil. This awful dead life pile of handcrafted innocence will be a delight.

A decline from deathtron mountain to visit the paper dress wearing princess is neat. We hold hands at the ice-cream social and speak of awful upright beasts. I think this needle work often has bleeding results.

This is what they tell me as I ride my bike into a tree. End. (Ghostpatrol)

Cat Rabbit is a Hobart based artists who constantly creeps citizens out with her odd doll creations. Cat is often seen bleeding from the fingertips whilst looking at kittens in a pet store window.

Miso is a Melbourne based artist. She combines her use of inks with her street art spray can tricks to hide large dears and dead birds in all the space you're not looking.

Empire is a rapid force of needle work. Empire is a well respected stencil/screen printer and has conquered many platforms with his spray can in hand and large paint brush in the other.

Ghostpatrol was Hobart raised, now the Melbourne resident travels the world working solidly on his investigations from Deathtron Mountain and the ink that he drinks.
